About the Job:

Mindwire Systems is seeking the services of a Technical Analyst/Service Desk (Bilingual) contract position with one of our Valued Clients.

Client Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Working Environment: Hybrid

Responsibilities but not limited to:
    • The Technical Analyst will have three (3) years experience directly resolving customer issues by following best practices
    • The Technical Analyst will have three (3) years experience updating troubleshooting documentation and utilizing this documentation to provide support
    • The Technical Analyst will have three (3) years experience as a member of the IT service desk team where the major part of a typical workday was resolving incidents over various communication channels
    • The Technical Analyst will have completed a certificate or diploma in a computer field
    • The Technical Analyst will be bilingual (French and English)
