Job Description:
We are looking for someone to gather, analyze, refine and document detailed business requirements (both technical and functional) from internal stakeholders. You will work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams, developers, architects, QA testers and other stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.

Job Description:

You will work in close partnership with ambitious business and technology partners, project teams, developers, architects, QA testers and other stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage detailed functional specifications.

Here's some of what you may be asked to perform:
- Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements.
- Conduct interviews, walkthroughs and workshops
- Act as a prime contact for the technical team in regards to requirements
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers
- Create User Stories with acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-up, retrospective and other Agile ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and time-boxed
- Remove obstacles that block team progress
- Participate in release planning activities
- Assist QA testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
- Clarify business requirements with stakeholders based on queries received from the technical team
- Act as a liaison between business and technical team
- Gather operational metrics, KPIs and create reports for senior leadership on a periodic basis
- Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes and other requirements work products.
- Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.
- Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
- Maintain team process guides and other documentation
- Respect existing processes and standards including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating issues as needed.
- Gain knowledge in own area, stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in TD services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains and their products and services.
- Work with vendors to support business case development (consistent with technology requirements and guidelines)
- Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle.
EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION
- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- 5- 7 years relevant experience
- Experience working in Agile
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
- 4+ years relevant business analyst experience.
- Sound knowledge of Agile practices
- Scrum master experience
