What will your typical day look like?
The Talent Advisory Senior Manager accountabilities will be focused around 3 key activities for their client portfolio: lead the implementation of new talent programs and models; deliver against our core talent processes (e.g. performance management, succession tracking, total rewards) with a lens of continuous improvement; and monitor the talent health and provide strategic advice to enhance organizational effectiveness.

People Experience is the face of CPO to the business and a steward of the employee experience. Team members deliver HR inquiry, specialized, advisory, and people leader services (aligned to lifecycle stage and Workplace Experience pillars) from a tiered, centralized function, providing a scalable platform to respond to changing business needs, and drive continuous improvement across the CPO function. With a focus on the employee journey, People Experience delivers end-to-end operational experiences through defined processes that are standard for all business segments.

The salary range for this position is $104,000 - $215,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. Key Accountabilities of the Senior Manager:
- Advisor and Leadership Coach: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment across the firm, includes owning and executing on client's culture and people strategy.
- Strategic Planning and Alignment: Collaborate with senior leadership to align people, culture, and workforce strategies with business objectives, ensuring that the human capital framework supports the overall goals of the business
- Talent Management and Development: Focus on identifying, developing, and retaining top talent within the firm. Implement succession planning and leadership development programs to build a robust talent pipeline. Assist in performance management implementation.
- Employee Engagement and Culture Shaper: Foster a positive work environment by driving initiatives that enhance culture, employee engagement, inclusivity, and well-being. Act as a cultural ambassador, coach and influence leaders, and ensure firm values and purpose are embedded in daily operations.
- Change Catalyst and Transformation Leader: Lead and support firm change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions. Act as a change agent to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Data Analytics & Reporting: Utilize analytics to provide insights and inform decision-making. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven recommendations to improve culture & people processes and outcomes.

You are someone who has expertise in the following areas:
- 10+ years of progressive HR/business experience, with a focus on generalist/advisory support, performance management / org effectiveness and program management.
- Proven track record in building strong relationships with executives/senior leaders, with the ability to provide robust recommendations, coach, influence and drive change in pursuit of best practice.
- Strong process orientation, with deep understanding of performance management frameworks and compensation philosophies.
- Strong ability to build executive summaries
- Commitment to the growth, development and advancement of our people, and ability to quickly acquire knowledge of tools and resources available across the firm to support this.
- Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, bilingualism in French and English is an asset
