Job Description:
  • Partner Integration (Align with the Consumer Bank) will play a critical leadership role in setting the strategic direction and overseeing the execution of key initiatives within FCM pillars, which include Fraud Management, KYC (Know Your Customer), Insider Threats, Investigations and Physical Security. The candidates for this role will leverage deep expertise consumer products, strategic design, roadmap development and a track record of integrating stakeholders. The role will be responsible for creating driving a comprehensive Financial Crimes roadmap strategy supporting Consumer Product, ensuring alignment across multiple risk disciplines and business partners. The role requires a hands-on leader who will prioritize, organize, and orchestrate needs across all FCM pillars while ensuring operational teams and partners are held to consistent accountability standards. Strong influence skills, effective communications across lines of business are a must.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Direction and Roadmap Development: Establish and execute a strategic roadmap (Consumer) for FCM pillars, ensuring all activities align with business objectives and risk and regulatory mitigation goals.
  • Operational Metrics and Analytics: Align operational team metrics and analytics across FCM pillars, ensuring consistent Consumer performance measurement and visibility into the effectiveness of FCM initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with data partners, pillar leads, and other risk disciplines (e.g., AML, Cybersecurity, Industry Transaction Sharing) to ensure seamless integration of Strategic Roadmap plans for Consumer LOB and Financial Crimes Management
  • Resource and Budget Planning: Lead strategic resource planning efforts in collaboration with FCM pillar leads to ensure the right talent, tools, and technologies are in place to achieve Consumer and FCM goals.
  • Leadership and Accountability: Set clear accountability standards for key business partners, fostering a results-driven culture across the FCM function for Consumer LOB functions. Intersect with Fraud Business Enablement for LOB communication and integration into the roadmap.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in FCM Consumer, ensuring that Consumer functions evolve in response to emerging risks, new technologies, and changing business needs.
