Overview

The Manager, Global Budget and Business Planning, will assist in setting the strategic and financial goals and help to develop plans to achieve these goals.

What you will do
• Support the Global Director, Global Budget and Business Planning in the successful development, planning and execution of the Global Business Planning Process and the Quarterly Reporting Process
• Set out, draft communication, monitor, and report progress on the Business Planning and Quarterly Reporting Process to the Global Director, Global Budget and Business Planning.
• Draft business planning guidance, methodologies, templates for use across Global COO, Global Functions, Global Clients and Markets, other Global business areas and Member firms.
• Draft business planning materials, key information and insights for review by various KPMGI governance bodies (i.e. the Board, Audit and Finance Committe, Global Management Team and Global COOs).
• Support the Global Director, Global Budget and Business Planning in the successful development, planning and execution of the annual Global Budget process as required.
• Collaboratively support and work with colleagues in Member firms, workstreams, functions and other Global finance team members to ensure queries and questions are resolved, draft communications and responses to Senior leaders on more complex queries and responses.

What you bring to the role
• Minimum 4 years of relevant Financial Planning and Analysis experience, ideally in a large multinational environment.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business or finance or accounting, accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is an asset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - this involves the ability to work quickly and accurately under the pressure of deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, data management and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative or independent environment on a daily basis and on multiple tasks / deliverables.
