Overview
Are you a proactive individual who thrives on delivering top-notch support in a dynamic setting? Our Prevention Services team is seeking a meticulous Credentialing Clerk with stellar organizational abilities to tackle diverse responsibilities.
As a Credentialling Clerk, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, offering guidance on regulations, policies, and compliance within our Licensing Services portfolio, spanning Certification Services, COR Program, and Licensing Services, including asbestos certification and licensing. Alongside maintaining immaculate records, databases, and files, you'll play a pivotal role in refining departmental processes and procedures.
How you'll make a difference: You'll help ensure B.C. workers go home safely at the end of their workday.

At WorkSafeBC, we offer a model that combines the convenience of some remote work with the dynamism of working in one of our offices, based on the operational needs of the position.
In this role, you'll work three or more days a week in the Richmond office.

What you'll do
- Coordinates communication and responds to internal/external inquiries by phone, mail, and email in accordance with departmental standards.
- Supports case management in the customer relationship management (CRM) and escalates matters when required. Including instructing others in how to use the system.
- Collects payments, issues receipts/invoices, process refunds, and resolves discrepancies.
- Performs regular data entry and maintains databases, files, and CRM systems.
Is this a good fit for you?
We're looking for someone who can
- Independently plan and prioritize to meet deadlines in a high-volume, client-focused environment
- Provide excellent in-person and over the phone customer service
- Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing, to a variety of groups and individuals
- Handle confidential and sensitive matters
Your background and experience
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with record management, CRM systems and
- Operating Microsoft 365 products such as Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, among others
