GTB partners closely with other TDS groups across Corporate & Investment Banking as well as Global Markets, serving all industry coverage areas.

Job Description/Accountabilities

This role supports the Market Management team in achieving a key objective - to enhance the GTB brand both internally and externally. Working closely with both the Market Management team and the Product Management team more broadly, you will assist in gathering and analyzing market insights that underpin our strategic initiatives. Your work will contribute to shaping a compelling narrative that reinforces GTB's reputation as a thought leader and innovative partner, while also fostering a cohesive internal brand.

As part of the Market Management team, you will be instrumental in providing the analytical foundation for projects that drive brand excellence. Your contributions will enable cross-functional collaboration and support strategic decisions that solidify GTB's market positioning.

Market Management sits under the umbrella of GTB Product Management and works closely with all teams and functions across GTB. We regularly partner with stakeholders across TD Securities including Marketing and Corporate & Public Affairs as well as our counterparts in other areas of TDBG.

Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following categories.

  • Conference & Event Strategy : Support sponsorship logistics , speaking proposals submissions, and attendee coordination for industry events.

  • Client Engagement: Assist with client meeting preparation and tracking for strategic meetings .

  • Branding & Thought Leadership: Help manage submissions and refresh external-facing presentation materials.

  • Internal Communications & Training: Support internal knowledge-sharing sessions and maintain key GTB resources.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an interest in financial services, branding, and marketing strategy. We are open to considering individuals from a variety of professional and academic backgrounds; however, an undergraduate degree and some relevant work experience is required . Successful c andidates will be assessed through a case study as well as several rounds of interviews.
